Concrete Molds Delivery Information

Deliveries are managed by The South African Post Office
Your Tracking Number will be eMailed to you as soon as your order is mailed.
In the unlikely event of not receiving your order/package within 2 weeks from your dispatch date please mail your tracking number to customer.services@postoffice.co.za They will follow up and reply to you.
You may also want to call us at 0813551282 at any time, or notify us at admin@concretemolds.co.za
We will diligently help trace your package from our side.
Post Office, Speed Services Couriers, XPS and PX clients can SMS the tracking number of the parcel to 35277 and will receive an SMS with the location of the parcel.
Please contact the Customer Service Centre in if you cannot find your parcel.
Track and Trace records for legal purposes must be requested from our Customer Service Centre.

NOTE - Please do not use any blank spaces when entering your tracking number.

Please Note:
We manufacture to order. This includes CAD and Custom Mold services.
Lead time 3 - 5 days per 50 Molds for manufacturing, wrapping & dispatch thereof.
Your order will be processed as soon as your payment is received.
Deliveries via South African Postal Services or POSTNET if SAPO is not available.
The Total Delivery Cost for ANY QUANTITY molds ordered is always included in our products.
